Resort Rules

Speed Limit 5 MPH
All day guest must register in the office and pay a daily fee of $5.00 per person. No charge for children under 12. No more than eight per site including day guest. All resort rules must be obeyed. Day guest must leave resort by 10 PM
One self contained RV, no less than 24 ft in length and no more than 15 years old, per campsite. 
Check-out is 12:00 noon. Check-in is 2:00 p.m.
All RVs must be parked on gravel drive so that utilities are on the driver’s side. Sleeping in vehicles or outside of RV is not permitted.
You must have prior approval from the office to change sites.
Sewer hose must have a tight rubber collar.
No parking of any vehicle on grass.
No rugs on the grass.
Pets: Having pets in the resort is a privilege. Pet owners must secure a pet policy from the office and abide by all of the rules stated. Two pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended. Pets will not be allowed in or around the buildings, playground, pool area, or on hayrides. Owners must pick up after pets anywhere on resort property. Barking dogs will not be tolerated. Violation of any rule may result in immediate eviction from the resort without refund.
No washing of RVs or vehicles without approval from management.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Your music cannot be heard beyond your site.
NO disorderly conduct, offensive language, firearms or fireworks.
NO clotheslines except type attached solely to RV.
Trees are the property of Vacation Station. No nails, trimming, climbing, or defacing of trees.
Do NOT TRANSPORT firewood into campground due to the “Emerald Ash Borer”. Firewood is available at the store
FIRES in fire pits only. Do not leave fire unattended.  
SMOKING is NOT permitted in any building or anywhere around the pool or pool area or playground area. Deposit cigarettes in proper containers.
GARBAGE must be in sealed garbage bags and placed in dumpster, or placed in front of your site by 10:00 AM for pick up.
Unlicensed motorized vehicles may not operate in the resort, including toys.
No fish cleaning or disposing of fish waste in dumpster.
Bicycle and rollerblade with care, on resort roadways ONLY. No motorized units.

INFORMATION
Restrooms and showers are open 24 hours a day.
It is illegal to trespass on railroad property.
Laundry room will be locked at 10:00 PM
An additional charge will be assessed for late stay if pre-arranged and if site is available
Store Hours: 8AM to 6PM Sunday through Thursday, 8AM - 7PM Friday and Saturday. Unruly children will not be allowed in the office/store.
Severe weather stay tuned to WKLA radio 106FM/1450 AM. Cable channel 20. You are in Western Mason County. Seek shelter in main depot building or roundhouse.
Short term parking for boats/trailers available in area by dumpster off Meyers Road. Unit must be registered in office and parked in designated space

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded all but a $10.00 cancellation fee. If cancelation is not made 24 hours in advance, 1 night stay plus $10.00 fee will be charged.

POOL, SPA AND CLUBHOUSE RULES
Hours 10AM – 10PM all guests. 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM Adults only
Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS
No one under 18 years of age in the spa. No exceptions.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Bathing suits required--no cutoffs.
No glass containers. No food or alcohol. No smoking, no pets, no running, no jumping, no diving allowed. No horseplay. Guest may have music only by using headphones. No inflatable rafts, water soakers, skin boards or personal floatation devises are allowed. Inflatable toys, noodles and water wings only.
Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Do not swim alone.
